Deepavali Celebration 2024

On 13 November 2024, we celebrated Deepavali, the Festival of Lights, in conjunction with our Year-End Celebration. To conclude the school year, students were provided with the opportunity to explore and appreciate Indian culture through a variety of interactive activities.

Children participated in game stations and enjoyed visits to henna booths, rotating between activities that were both entertaining and enriching. They also had the chance to sample traditional Indian snacks, including papadam, murukku, and prata, during snack time.

Deepavali Celebration 2023

Deepavali, the Festival of Lights, was commemorated in conjunction with our Year-End Celebration on 15 November 2023. To wrap up the end of the school year, the children had the opportunity to learn about and experience Indian culture through various activities planned.

With the help of some Parent Volunteers, interactive booths were set up for the children to explore Henna drawing, Indian traditional musical instruments, accessories, spices and rangoli art. Children also got to taste some Indian snacks like papadam and murukku during the mini movie screening segment too!
